02

Our investment approach

  • Kingdom Capital commits its own capital to every transaction it sponsors.
  • Investments are usually held through single asset special purpose vehicles. Other participants, where present, subscribe directly into the transaction specific vehicle alongside Kingdom Capital.
  • Kingdom Capital does not manage client money or provide investment advice. No investment products are offered to the public in this deck.
  • Rights, obligations, security and liquidity depend on the transaction documents. Private investments involve risk, including loss of capital.

03

African activity

  • Stated areas of activity are energy and energy infrastructure, drilling and oilfield services, industrial and logistics property, financial services and natural resources.
  • Transtores Solutions is a current holding: a logistics technology platform providing fractional warehousing, transport on demand and fulfilment services.
  • The Karen residential estate in Nairobi comprised ten houses on five acres. Kingdom Capital raised and provided the capital; Kingdom Properties was the local development manager. The homes were completed and sold to end buyers, and the investment is fully exited.
