Investment as principal
Kingdom Capital deploys its own and its shareholders' capital. It commits its own capital to every transaction it sponsors.
We invest our own and shareholder capital in African assets. This page explains that approach, not a catalogue of investment products or a service for managing client money.
The structure follows the asset. Other participants, where present, invest directly alongside Kingdom Capital. No transaction terms or public offering are published here.
