Capital and participation

Structured channels for qualified capital

Kingdom Capital invests as principal. These are ownership principles, not advertised products or an invitation to invest from the public.

01

Our capital

Kingdom Capital commits its own capital to every transaction it sponsors.

02

Shareholder capital

The company deploys its own and its shareholders' capital into African assets.

03

Direct participation

Other participants subscribe directly into a transaction specific vehicle alongside Kingdom Capital.

Principal investment

Institutional private capital across African opportunity

Our stated activity areas are energy and energy infrastructure, drilling and oilfield services, industrial and logistics property, financial services and natural resources.

Kingdom Capital deploys its own and shareholder capital, usually through single asset special purpose vehicles. Where third parties participate, they subscribe directly into the relevant vehicle alongside the company.

The company does not manage money or portfolios for clients and does not provide investment advice. Review the specific asset, legal structure, rights and risks before considering participation.

Transaction terms require confirmation

No transaction sizes, dates or offering terms are published here. Materials are available only where approved for the intended recipient.

Investor process

From enquiry to subscription

Six stages describe the investor journey. The requirements and documents depend on your jurisdiction and the proposed investment.

  1. STEP 01

    Initial enquiry

Prepare an email introduction through the intake page. Nothing is submitted until you send the email.

  2. STEP 02

    Eligibility

Discuss the requirements that apply to your jurisdiction and the proposed transaction.

  3. STEP 03

    Identity and compliance

Confirm the required identity, ownership and source of capital records with investor relations.

  4. STEP 04

    Approved portal access

Sign in to the private portal once your account has been approved. Documents appear when published.

  5. STEP 05

    Document review

Review transaction terms, obligations and risks independently before any commitment.

  6. STEP 06

    Agreed information

Reporting, distributions and other rights depend on the transaction documents, not a website promise.

Private portal

Approved accounts can view available documents, submit requests and follow their status.

Information rights

Confirm the information you are entitled to receive in the transaction documents.

Financial statements

Ask which statements are available, their accounting basis and whether they have been audited.

Reporting arrangements

Confirm frequency, content and responsibility before committing capital. No standard schedule is promised here.

Investor intake

Begin the qualification process

Discuss your objectives and request investor materials. Confidential documents and any investment terms are subject to review and approval.

Investment opportunities are available only to qualified, sophisticated, professional, or high net worth investors, subject to applicable laws, KYC, AML, suitability, and legal review. Investments involve risk, including possible loss of capital.

By invitation & qualification

Begin a considered
investor conversation

Begin with an enquiry to investor relations. Account approval gives access to available portal materials, not approval to invest. Any participation requires its own legal review and transaction documents.
