Kingdom CapitalGlobal
A Mauritius investment holding company investing its own and shareholder capital in African assets. Where other parties participate, they invest directly alongside Kingdom Capital through transaction specific vehicles.
For qualified investors only
Private capital with a global perspective
We invest as principal. Our own capital is committed to every transaction we sponsor, with any other participants investing directly alongside us.
Kingdom Capital is an investment holding company, not a provider of investment management or advisory services. We usually invest through a single asset special purpose vehicle, with ownership and responsibilities established for that transaction.
From Mauritius, we consider African businesses and assets on their own merits. An investment decision requires evidence about the business, the proposed terms and the risks involved.
Participation is limited to qualified and sophisticated investors, subject to applicable regulations, investor suitability, and formal onboarding processes.
A clear basis for private capital
These principles describe how Kingdom Capital invests. They are not investment products or an invitation to the public.
Principal investment
Kingdom Capital commits its own capital to every transaction it sponsors.
Shareholder capital
The company deploys its own and its shareholders' capital into African assets.
Transaction specific participation
Where other parties participate, they subscribe directly into the relevant special purpose vehicle alongside Kingdom Capital.
From company capital to ongoing oversight
Kingdom Capital invests through structures matched to the asset. Any participating party must review the vehicle documents, rights, obligations and risks independently.
